ORDERING METHODS

ON-LINE: You may order on-line directly from our web site.

Our web site was developed to simulate the layout that a hardcopy parts catalog would have It has categories of parts as would appear in a table of contents and sub-categories where more specific parts may be located.

What we've done with our catalog and web site is to make them look the same, offering the best of both worlds. It offers customers the ability to find parts while away from their computers and either order on-line later or call in their order by phone or fax.

The ‘Table of Contents’ listing at the left of the screen enables you to jump to a specific category of parts. Simply click on the category you’re looking for and a listing of sub-categories is displayed. Clicking on a sub-category will then display all parts available in that sub-category. You may narrow the listing of parts displayed by entering the model year of your car and/or the model type in the drop down window near the top of the screen.

CATALOG: Our catalog is available on-line as an Adobe Acrobat PDF (portable document format) file and is regularly updated to conform to our web site. You may page through it on-line or download it and print your own hardcopy. The Adobe document reader file is required in order to view it on your own computer. If you do not have the PDF Reader on your computer a free copy is available for you to download.

After finding the part you need in our catalog, you may order on-line, by telephone, fax, and mail or by coming to our showroom in Dublin CA.

BY TELEPHONE: You may place an order by telephone at 1-800-956-8782 or 925-803-0459 (local) Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00AM and 3:00PM PM (Pacific time) and we are closed Saturday and Sunday. We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover and American Express.

MAIL ORDERS: Fill out the order form at the back pages of our catalog (or download one from our web site) with as much information as possible regarding your order. This will eliminate any possible delays in processing your order. Mail completed order form to:

FAX ORDERS: We have a 24-hour fax service to receive orders. Our fax number is 1-925-803-0844.

SHOP IN PERSON: Our Northern California showroom is open for business from 10:00AM to 3:00PM (Pacific time) Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Stop by for a visit and look around when in the area.

PAYMENT: We do accept all major credit cards including VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express and PAYPAL. Mail orders paid by personal check may be held for up to 10 days until we determined that the check has cleared or bank. Cash is always welcome.
