Having children at the time, it was not a very good family car. However, by 1969 with the children growing up and needing a second car we bought a 1969 6 cylinder coupe and we had to wait for our favorite color…lime green. Since then, we’ve owned them ever since, nearly every model and body style.

By 1977 our oldest son was driving and he bought a 1965 coupe and with ‘Dad helping’ with the restoration we became hooked again, but this time with the restoration end of the hobby. Over the next 26 years or so we’ve probably bought and restored over 35 Mustangs.

With all these restorations going on, many parts became ‘leftovers’, and beginning over 20 years ago, were sold off at swap meets. This seemed like a good idea, so we decided to set up a business to sell both new and used parts at swap meets. This became quite successful as we always believed in providing the best product at a fair price packaged with helpful and knowledgeable service.

The next step was acquiring a storefront in Dublin, located in the San Francisco bay area of Northern California. In the last 13 years we’ve grown to become the largest Mustang parts business in the bay area and continuing to grow.
